Agents can book International Airtickets On-line & hold the reservations without payment, and issue the same later themselves from the advance credit balance, or have tickets issue on payment transfer or have them issue on credit card with their own or customers ( Master / Visa )Credit Cards.
Agents can issue Domestic and LCC Airtickets On-line themselves from the advance credit, or with their own or customers Master / Visa Credit Cards.
Agents can book & issue Domestic & International Hotel Voucher, On-line themselves, from the advance credit, or with their own or customers Master/ Visa Credit Cards.

- The amount paid as advance credit is shown as a credit balance on agent's login.
- On Agents on logging in to our Online Booking system, is able to view the available credit, including advance deposit, commissions credited and refund credit.
- Agents can view On-line all transactions.
- For Credit Card transactions difference of commission is credited to Agents account.
- Refund credit are shown and credited to the agents accounts
- Any refunds sent online are shown in refund Statement with status & credited with out delay.
- Forms of Payment Cash, Demand Draft, Online Bank transfer or Credit Card.
- Payment options with bank detail and credit card SOF form available on payment section.

| Credit Card Payments On-line |

Belair.in is SSL secured Web site, on which we accept Master/Visa credit card, which are "Verified by Visa. Master Card secured code", For all transactions the card holder have to use Password or PIN code while making purchases. On the Banks payments page you can create you unique user name and password to complete the transaction. Convenience Fee is charged and is shown in the billing before payment.
- Incase the amount paid by the agent is higher then the net payable, the excess amount, is credited on line to the agent's accounts statement.
- Agents irrespective of all security on system full responsible for any charge backs or any irregularity.

To register credit card:, you need to:
- Log on bank's website or on our website's banks payment gateway page.
- Register for Verification by Visa (VBV)/ Master Card Secure Code (MSC)
- Get your password or use your PIN.

| Credit Card Signature on file "SOF" payment: |

For offline Credit card payment with "Signature on File" (SOF) the agents must keep sent SOF authorization ."Download SOF" by e-mail to accounts@belair.in or fax to 91-11-23328288 the front and back & copy of the card with photo Identity.
- In Case of agent., using for "SOF" customer / passenger credit card ,the agent is responsible, for any charge back. Agents are advised to keep credit card details / photocopies.
- Agents irrespective of all security on system are irrespective full responsible for any charge backs or any irregularity.
